2012 FALL SOCCER PROGRAM
GAMES & PRACTICES
♦ Fall Soccer games begin September 8 and play through October 13
Seven games are scheduled – weather dependent. A couple weeknight will be used during the schedule time frame and every Saturday.  Weeknight days will be determined once registration is complete).
♦ The Soccer Program utilizes EastSide Centre Soccer Fields for all games.
♦ Most coaches will use Armstrong, Lincoln, and Shute schools for weeknight practices. Specific practice schedule is determined by the coach.
♦ Teams will be chosen the first week in September. Please do not call the Park District until September 5 if your coach has not called you.
♦ Soccer pictures will be taken Saturday, September 15 prior to your scheduled game.

DIVISIONS: (all coed)
♦ Pre-K | Kindergarten | 1st Grade | 2nd & 3rd Grade | 4th & 5th Grade | 6th - 8th Grade
Pre-K division = Must be 4 years of age by September 1st.
♦ All participants will receive a team t-shirt and participation award.

EQUIPMENT:
♦ Shin guards are required for all participants. The hard plastic shin guards must have a sock placed over them.
♦ Soccer cleats are recommended, but not required. If you use baseball cleats for soccer, the front spike must be removed (the spike that is in the center front of the shoe).

VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED:

TEAM SPONSORSHIPS:
Team sponsorships are tax deductable and help offset the cost of the program and also help families that need financial assistance for their children to participate. Your company name or logo will appear on team uniforms. Please contact Brooke Potendyk, sports coordinator, at (309) 699-3923 or brooke@fondulacpark.com for more information.

COST:
Resident Fee: First Child: $30 | $25 additional Child (CODE: FSRES)
Nonresident Fee: First Child: $40 | $35 additional Child (CODE: FSNR)
Resident = Those residing in the Fon du Lac park District taxing boundaries.
Scholarships available through the Helping hands Foundation based on financial need - Fon du Lac Park District residents only.

REGISTRATION:
Registration is now completed. 
 
Registration forms will be accepted by mail or walk-in until August 25 at the Fon du Lac Park District Administration Center.
Last minute registration will be available at the Administration Center August 25 from 9:00-11:00am.
