Birthday Parties at Jon Williams Tumbling Academy – 350 Cimmeron Drive, East Peoria, IL 61611

Available Times: Saturday – 2:00 – 4:00, Sunday – 12:00 – 2:00 and 3:00 – 5:00

Price: $275

Your birthday child’s party guests will spend the first 90 minutes having a blast with the private use of our gym, led by our staff offering a unique mix of activities, obstacle courses, tumbling and even trampoline.  The last 30 minutes will be spent in the party room opening presents, singing happy birthday and if you choose to bring a cake or cookies, our staff will assist in serving. You can sit back and relax because they will do the cleaning for your. Now that’s something to celebrate!

PARTY INFORMATION:

• T-Shirt for birthday child included
• Price is a flat fee and includes up to 20 children
• Minimum of $50 deposit is required to reserve your date and time
• Deposit is non-refundable in the event of party cancellation less than 30 days prior to date
• Full remaining balance will auto-pay using the card on file, 7 days prior to your event
• If payment is not received by Wednesday before the party, it will be subject to cancellation

Birthday Party FAQs:

• Can we bring food, drinks and/or cake?
  • Cake, cupcakes, cookies, or small snacks are fine along with drinks! We ask that you do not bring any full meals as the party room only has seating for around 20 people total at any given time. We have a fridge, freezer, and ice machine you you are welcome to use.
• Can we come early to decorate?
  • Yes, you can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your party to decorate. We just ask that helium balloons are weighed down and no glitter, confetti or bubbles.
• Can the children go back and play in the tumbling room after presents and dessert?
  • We unfortunately cannot allow the kids to go back out and play once the treats and drinks are out.
