Park Shelter Rentals
The Park District will start taking shelter reservations for 2025 starting Thursday, January 2, 2025. This is subject to change at anytime.
Rental season runs from April 15 to October 15. You may reserve a shelter starting the first of January through October each year for that year only. For weddings, please call the Park District for advanced reservations.
Resident fee of $50 and Non-Resident fee of $60 due at time of rental reservation. Also $50 damage deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days of shelter rental if no damage is done to shelter and/or garbage is picked up and put in garbage cans. If you need the picnic tables removed from the shelter it is an additional $100. Shelters held only after rental agreement form is completed at the Fon du Lac Park District Administration Center and rental fee has been paid.

Spending time in both the private gym, filled with activities, and our private party room, fun will had by all. Fon du Lac Park District Administration Center
Fon du Lac Park District Administration Center offers a variety of rooms to rent for your event. Whether it is a civic or business organization, birthday or retirement party, graduation or anniversary party, we offer a variety of rooms to accommodate your needs. Rental fees are based on an hourly rate according to the number of room(s) used and the amount of time the room(s) are reserved. The Park District always has an employee in the building during your rental time. Included in your rental fees are: tables, chairs, room set-up and tear down. Our Administration Center offers ample parking for your event.

No alcoholic beverages permitted at the Administration Center but food may be brought in. No glitter or confetti allowed.
Quail Meadows Banquet Facility
Quail Meadows Banquet Facility is an ideal space for private meetings, seminars, parties and wedding receptions. The 2,100 square foot room can seat up to 125 people comfortably. The panoramic views of the surrounding landscape make this an ideal choice for your event. For catered events, Quail Meadows utilizes a number of caterers. The options are endless, whether you are looking for appetizers, a buffet or even a plated meal. The event coordinator at Quail Meadows will work with you to customize your meal exactly as you want it. The Indoor Golf Center is attached to the banquet room and can be rented out together for a golf theme event.
Quail Meadows offers a full service bar and dance floor, as well as many other features to complement your event.

The Covey Indoor Golf Center
The Covey is perfect for Holiday Parties, Birthday Parties, Office Team Building Events, Retirement Parties, and Game Day Events! The Indoor Golf Center is attached to the banquet room and can be rented out together for a golf theme event.
Rental Rates:
- 3 Hours: $450 Rental Fee & $300 Food & Beverage Minimum
- 4 Hours: $550 Rental Fee & $400 Food & Beverage Minimum
- 5 Hours: $650 Rental Fee & $500 Food & Beverage Minimum
Parties are subject to additional fees depending on the size of the group or event needing extra staffing.
$200 Deposit to reserve rental. Final balance to include 20% Gratuity.
