Who is a Fon du Lac Park District Resident?
A Fon du Lac Park District resident is a person whose permanent home is within the boundaries of the District. It shall be the principal yearly residence for the family residing at the location. Your property tax bill will show if you pay taxes to the Park District. Individuals who reside in rental property within the Park District boundaries are also considered Park District residents.
Why do I need a Resident Discount Card?
The Resident Discount Card insures that residents will pay less at the following Park District locations than non-residents, who do not support the District through tax dollars. The Card is valid for two years once issued and does not cost you anything unless lost or damaged. You must present the card at the time of purchase (no exceptions).

What will I need to apply for a Resident Discount Card?
When applying for your Resident Discount Card we will require the Resident ID form filled out,
a current photo ID (driver’s license, state ID or school ID) AND one of the following:
- Property tax bill
- Water bill (not more than 60 days old)
- Electric bill (not more than 60 days old)
- Gas utility bill (not more than 60 days old)
- Vehicle registration card
For each family member residing in the household ages 2 years and up, we require one of the
following:
- Spouses and/or child’s name on insurance card
- Driver’s license / Current school photo ID
- School report card
- School report card
- Proof of guardianship
If you have children under 2 years old bring them in to the Park District when they turn two and they will be issued a card.
Where can I get my Fon du Lac Park District Resident Discount Card?
You can sign up for the Resident Discount Card at the Fon du Lac Park District
Administration Center located at 201 Veterans Drive, East Peoria at no cost. Each family member will receive an individual card with their photo on it so be sure to bring all members of your family with you.

How do I renew my Resident Discount Card
After two years you will need to renew your Resident Discount Card. You pay nothing.
Re-validation for your card is free. Lost and damaged cards may be replaced for $5 per card.
When renewing your card and/or the cards for your family members you will need to bring what is stated in “What will I need to apply for a Resident Discount Card” section.
Important notes about your Fon du Lac Park District Resident Discount Card
The card is nontransferable and is valid for 2 years
- Your Resident Discount Card can only be obtained in person at the Fon du Lac Park District Administration Center located at 201 Veterans Drive, East Peoria/
- Your initial card is free. Any lost and/or and damaged cards may be replaced for $5.
- Re-validation every two years is free
- You must present the Discount Card at the stated locations to receive the discount (no exceptions).
