
Welcome to Camp Connect 4 Fun!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Child must have completed kindergarten up to those entering 6th grade.
- Both Residents and Non-residents of Fon du Lac Park District are eligible.
3 CAMP GROUPS:
Hakuna – entering 1st- 2nd grades | Matata – entering 3rd- 4th grades | Mufasa – entering 5th- 6th grades
CAMP TIMES: June 2 – August 8, 2025
- Open at 6:30am | Close at 5:30pm
- Regular Camp Hours (8:30am – 4:30pm) | Extended Camp Hours (6:30am – 5:30pm)
- Drop off and pick up your child at the Fon du Lac Park District Administration Center
- We require all children to be signed in and signed out of camp.
- We charge $2 per minute per child if late picking up your child.
IMPORTANT CHILD SAFETY – If someone other than yourself (person who registered your child) will be picking up your child, you must notify us. That person must also be listed on your child’s “Participant Information Form”. We will ask for identification of those we do not recognize.
REGISTRATION:
Priority Registration: Tuesday, April 29th starting at 6:30 AM. ONLINE ONLY
Priority Registration is for those families registered for Latchkey on or before March 31st, 2025.
Registration this year will be ONLINE ONLY. There will be no in-person registration.
Registration will open to the public on Thursday, May 1st if there are any remaining spots.
Priority Registration does not guarantee you a spot in camp. Spots are still first come-first serve. If you do not get a spot, you will be able to register for the waitlist. PLEASE make sure to accurately fill out the questions in registration. We will go through the waitlist based on our expected daily attendance, not in order of who is on the waitlist first. (Ex: If we have a camper that will only be attending Monday-Wednesday and someone needs just Thursday-Friday, they will be called versus someone who needs all 5 days because of spot availability.)
How-To Register:
Registration will be through Daysmart.
PLEASE get onto Daysmart ASAP. Make sure you can log-in and know how to work the system.
Everyone registered for Latchkey ALREADY HAS AN ACCOUNT in Daysmart. Please DO NOT create a new account. We have your access for Priority Registration linked to your existing account. If you create a new one, it will not have that access. If you have never logged in, please click here to access Daysmart. Your email to log-in is the email this message was sent to, and if you have never logged in you will need to click “Forgot your password” and create a password that way. If it gives you an error message (usually the error is that you have duplicate accounts) just give us a call at (309) 699-3923 (Front Desk) or (309) 699-4813 (Latchkey Office) and either of us can get that fixed for you. If we are not notified of login issues, we cannot fix them. Please make sure to communicate with us prior to registration if you cannot log in for any reason.
If you have logged into Daysmart before for Latchkey, you will just log into that account as normal for registration.
For Public Registration: If your child has attended Summer Camp in the previous years, or you have registered for any Fon du Lac Park District Programs in the past, you also already have an account. Please contact us if you are unsure if you have an account or unsure of your email to log in.
We have created a guide for registration for Summer Camp that you can access here. Please look it over prior to registration so that you know exactly how to navigate registration so that it can be quick and easy for you on Tuesday, April 29th at 6:30 AM.
After Registration: IMPORTANT
- Please log back into your account and pay for the first week of camp. If your child is not attending the first week, please call us so that we can get you signed up for the first week they will attend.
- Fill out the Registration Form and Permission Slip and turn them into the office. These will also be linked in your registration email that you receive after registration and we will have copies available at the office for you to fill out if that is easier. They will not be accepted via fax or email.
Both the first week payment and registration forms are due by Friday, May 16th. Otherwise you will forfeit your registration fee and loose your spot in camp.
We are hopeful that having registration online-only, along with the Priority Registration time period for our Latchkey families, will give all of you a better chance of receiving a spot for Summer Camp.
*Camps fill up fast! Once a camp is full, we will start a waiting list.
Note: Once registered, payments for upcoming weeks must be made in person or over the phone by 5:30pm on Friday or on Sunday by NOON if payments are made online. A $15 late fee will be charged if paid after this time. If the late fee is not paid, we will ask that it is paid before the child attends.
FEES:
Camp fees include most field trip fees, admissions, bus transportation, activity supplies and lots of fun.

*Multi-Child Discount: Applicable when additional members of household are enrolled for the same week. First child must be paid at full rate before discount can apply.
Child Care Connection – Subsidy Participants: An approval letter is required at the time of registration. Full payment is required upfront. Once the Park District receives reimbursement payment, then refunds will be issued.
REFUNDS: Refunds must be requested the week prior to attending. Missed days may not be applied to future weeks.
